FITWITHIM coaching for busy professionals is one-to-one coaching for men 35 to 50 whose calendars decide everything: long workdays, early meetings, business travel, client dinners and family evenings. Imran builds your training and nutrition around the time you can actually protect, adjusts every week when your schedule shifts, and keeps you accountable through check-ins. It’s delivered in person in Toronto, online across the GTA, or a mix, through Weekly 1:1 Coaching (from $99 a week) or Monthly 1:1 Coaching ($499 a month).
Who it’s for
This is built for you if:
- Your week is set by meetings, deadlines and other people’s calendars, and fixed training slots keep getting cancelled.
- You travel for work, and every trip resets your progress to zero.
- You eat out with clients or colleagues often, and the food is where your weeks go off track.
- You’d rather be told exactly what to do in the time you have than design it yourself.
- You do well with structure, deadlines and reviews at work, and want the same for your health.
What makes it different from a regular personal trainer
A standard personal trainer sells a fixed hour on their calendar. For a busy professional, that hour is the first thing to go when work gets heavy. This coaching works the other way round:
| Problem for busy professionals | Typical personal trainer | FITWITHIM coaching for busy professionals |
|---|---|---|
| Schedule changes weekly | Miss the slot, lose the session | Plan rebuilt around next week’s real calendar |
| Business travel | Pause training until you’re back | Hotel-gym or room version of your plan |
| Client dinners and drinks | Not covered | A practical strategy for eating out and alcohol |
| Short on time | Full hour or nothing | Shorter sessions built in for heavy weeks |
| Nobody notices when you slip | Only if you miss a booking | Weekly check-in on training, food, sleep and steps |
The coaching aims for the minimum effective dose rather than the maximum: two or three strength sessions a week and daily walking. That covers Canada’s adult guidelines of muscle-strengthening activity at least twice a week alongside regular aerobic activity (CSEP).
Which offers deliver it
Coaching for busy professionals isn’t a separate product. It’s how Imran runs FITWITHIM’s existing offers for men with demanding schedules:
| Offer | Price | Best for busy professionals who… |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly 1:1 Coaching | From $99 a week | Want to choose their level of support and dial it up or down with their workload |
| Monthly 1:1 Coaching | $499 a month | Want a coach handling all the variables (strength, nutrition, movement, recovery, consistency) month after month |
| 6-Month Full Reset | $3,500 for six months | Want the most complete support, including recovery and habit coaching and a long-term maintenance strategy |
All three include personalized training, personalized nutrition, progress tracking, regular coaching contact and ongoing adjustments. The free consultation settles which one fits your goals and calendar.
How a week works
- Sunday or Monday: plan the week. You share what your calendar looks like: travel, late meetings, dinners. Your sessions are placed where they’ll survive.
- Training days: follow the plan. Full sessions on good days; a shorter version when a day collapses. In-person sessions in Toronto if that’s part of your setup.
- During the week: message when plans change. A cancelled morning or a surprise trip gets a quick fix instead of a skipped week.
- End of the week: check in. Sessions done, weigh-ins, food notes, sleep and steps, in a few minutes.
- Review and adjust. Imran looks at the numbers and changes next week’s plan where needed.
That weekly reporting loop matters more than any single workout. A meta-analysis of progress-monitoring studies found that monitoring helps people reach goals, and more so when progress is recorded and reported to someone else (Harkin et al., 2016).
In person, online or both
| Format | Suits |
|---|---|
| In person in Toronto | Men who are learning the lifts, prefer a coach present, or train best with a set appointment |
| Online across the GTA | Men with unpredictable schedules, frequent travel or a home or condo gym |
| Mix | Men who want occasional in-person technique sessions and online coaching the rest of the time |
The online coaching cost guide compares online and in-person pricing more broadly.
Not for you if
- You want someone to count reps for an hour twice a week and nothing else. A per-session trainer is simpler for that.
- You can’t commit to a weekly check-in. It’s a few minutes, but it’s the core of the coaching.
- You want a plan to run entirely alone. The self-guided DIY programs, $29 to $149, are the lower-cost route.
- You’re managing a medical condition that needs clinical care. Start with your doctor; coaching can follow.

Questions people also ask
Can I work with a coach if my schedule changes every week?
Yes. The plan is set around the time you actually have each week, not a fixed timetable. Online coaching suits unpredictable schedules best, because your sessions don't depend on booking a trainer's slot.
What if I travel for work?
Tell Imran ahead of the trip and you get a version of your plan for the hotel gym or your room, plus a food strategy for airports and client dinners. Travel weeks are planned, not written off.
How much time do I need each week?
Most busy men do well with two or three strength sessions a week plus daily walking. The program is written around the time you can protect, and shorter sessions are built in for weeks that get squeezed.
Is online coaching as good as in person for professionals?
For many busy men it's better, because it removes travel and fixed appointments. In-person sessions in Toronto are worth adding if you're learning the lifts or prefer someone there. The consultation decides the mix.
How much does it cost?
Coaching for busy professionals runs through Weekly 1:1 Coaching from $99 a week, Monthly 1:1 Coaching at $499 a month, or the 6-Month Full Reset at $3,500 if you want the most complete support.
