Busy schedules
Fitness and Fat Loss With a Busy Schedule.
Most fitness advice assumes you control your calendar. These guides are for the weeks you don’t: eight hours at a desk, a Tuesday flight to Calgary, a rotation of night shifts, two client dinners before Friday. Each one gives a concrete weekly structure for that situation, with the training, eating and sleep decisions already made, rather than another reminder to “make time.”
If your week is mostly meetings and a chair, start with losing weight with a desk job. If the honest problem is that workouts never make it onto the calendar, read how to find time to work out next. Men who live out of a carry-on should go straight to staying fit while travelling for work.
When the schedule itself is the obstacle, a coach’s main job is to build the plan around it and adjust it week by week. That’s what coaching for busy professionals is set up to do, in person in Toronto or online across the GTA.
